- Manufacturing: 4 weeks after proof approval. Rush available, please inquire for current manufacturing scheduling.
- Standard packaging: Individually polybagged.
- Colors included: 4C Process OR Pantone spot colors, both sides included.

- Plate charges: $20 per color per side.
