PRICES
Due to material cost fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. This website supersedes all previous web pages, prices, and products. All prices and product details are subject to change without notice.

WARRANTY
All items carry a one-year limited warranty which covers any defect in material, or workmanship, under normal product use. Batteries are excluded.

SALES TAX FOR ORDERS DELIVERED IN OHIO
In accordance with Ohio law, product shipped to an address within Ohio will be charged sales tax unless the purchaser has a resale permit / tax exempt certificate number issued by the State of Ohio and on file with PromotionalKeychains.biz.

SALES TAX FOR ORDERS DELIVERED TO OTHER STATES
Product shipped to an address within the following listed states will be charged sales tax unless the purchaser has a resale permit / tax exempt certificate number issued by the corresponding state and on file with PromotionalKeychains.biz. PA, IL, CA

PRODUCTION TIMES

• Standard production times are shown on the product page
• Production times begin after proof has been approved
• Ship dates of orders are determined upon receipt of approved proof, order approval, and receipt of payment
• Cutoff time for business day approval is 3PM EST. Approvals received afterwards will be counted as the following business day.
• Usable and complete vector artwork (PDF, .eps file, .ai file) must be received with the order if graphics are to be supplied.

LESS THAN MINIMUM QUANTITY ORDERS
The minimum order quantity listed in product pricing grids is the minimum order quantity that can be ordered.

SHIPPING

• INCORRECT ADDRESSES PROVIDED INDUCED LATE DELIVERIES
  We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by incorrectly provided shipping addresses.
  
  
• CARRIER INDUCED LATE DELIVERIES
  We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by carriers after products have left our facility.
  
  
• CARRIER INDUCED LOSS OF PACKAGE
  We are not responsible for loss of goods once products have left our facility.
  
  
• NO ONE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE SHIPMENT INDUCED LATE DELIVERIES
  We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by no one being available to accept a delivery.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Any change or cancellation of an order already in process will be subject to costs incurred to date, as well as a $50.00 cancellation charge. A minimum cancellation charge of $50 plus all production costs accrued to the date date of cancellation will be charged accordingly.

MISSED EVENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to notify PromotionalKeychains.biz of any events or deadlines by which the ordered products are required. Production times and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PromotionalKeychains.biz will make the effort to accommodate the customer's timeline and expedite where possible (additional charges may apply). PromotionalKeychains.biz is not responsible for delays or losses incurred during shipping (see Shipping Terms).

RETURNS

• Non-customized items: Restocking fee of 15% on un-imprinted merchandise.
• Customized items: Not returnable without cause of defect in product, or workmanship.
• Packaging: Standard or special packaging for custom items is non-refundable

Returned merchandise without authorization from PromotionalKeychains.biz will not be accepted.  Any non-customized merchandise authorized for return by the PromotionalKeychains.biz is subject to a service charge equal to 15% of the cost of the order. All returns must be freight prepaid within 60 days of receipt. Returned product will not be accepted without prior authorization. Any shortage on, or damaged product, must be notified within 15 days from receipt of product, and items that became damaged during shipping need to be claimed to the carrier immediately.

ACCOUNT TERMS
For customers with approved account terms, our standard open account term is Net 30 days from the date that an order has shipped.
