Artisan Keychains
We have a wide selection for possible styles to work within for a custom keychain. One, in particular, to point out is our Artisan Series Keychains! With these keychains we can create a custom shapes based on your art or logo and do enamel color fills and select metal platings.
When we start production on the keychains we begin with making a mold. The liquid metal is poured into the mold, and after the metal hardens, we separate the molds and reveal the new keychain of your design.
After the keychain is revealed, our team starts cleaning it up. They use a sandblasting technique to get rid of any burrs or snags that may have been left on the surface of the metal. Once the keychain is smooth, the selected metal plating is added. This plating is what you will see on the keychain and sets a tone for the overall coloring of the keychain. We have a large selection of platings from silver nickel to antiqued genuine gold plating. These selections let us create keychains that are more like a jewelry items, with a feeling of classic elegance for even the most pop culture design.
Once the plating is completed we can add in enamel color fills. Enamel will also start out as a liquid and each color gets poured into its designated area. When we create the mold, every enamel color gets its own space set up and our team uses a syringe to pour the enamel into its space. Then once the enamel hardens the whole piece is cleaned up again to make sure everything is perfect!

Their designs often have a bold contemporary look and with our Artisan Series Keychains we recently got to help show off their bomb design. We follow the bombs shape to create an explosive top to the bomb and then the walls of metal around the enamels help outline and make the strong colors pop even more.
