The higher the resolution, the better — and if you’re with a company or school, it’s worth checking with your marketing department, since they often have vector files on hand. Either way, we’ll help get your artwork production-ready.

Yes — customization is included in the price for nearly all of our keychains. Unlike many companies, we don’t charge a setup fee for standard front-side customization. The only exceptions are fully custom-made metal keychains, which may require a one-time mold charge. For the vast majority of styles, what you see in the pricing table already includes your custom design.

For most of our keychains, there are no setup fees at all — your price already includes standard front-side customization. A setup fee only applies if you choose to add optional reverse-side customization. The only other exception is for fully custom-made metal keychains, which may have a one-time mold fee.

We can engrave or print sequential numbering or serialization programmatically, but not individual names or unique custom text on each piece.

• Engraved items: Not applicable, since engraving creates a tone-on-tone effect.
• Full-color (CMYK) printing: Colors are closely matched, but not exact Pantone matches.
• Custom-made metal keychains: We can match Pantone colors exactly in enamel fills, and the results look great.
• Vinyl keychains: We offer a wide range of standard Pantone colors (around 47), with the option to request a specific match for a small charge. For larger orders, we can even produce custom vinyl base material in a Pantone-matched color.

Yes. You can order existing samples directly from our product pages to check quality, finish, and weight — these are inexpensive and ship quickly.

If you’d like to see your own design produced, we can make a spec sample for a small fee plus the standard mold (for fully custom keychains) or setup charge (for engraved keychains). Mold fees are credited toward your bulk order when the design goes into production.

Production times vary by keychain style — most fall into the 3-, 5-, 7-, or 12-business-day ranges once your proof is approved, while some custom-made styles may take longer.

The exact timeline is shown on each product page. Shipping is additional, and we send orders from Ohio via FedEx with services ranging from Ground to Priority Overnight.
