When you order our standard front side engraved or imprinted keychains, the setup and customizing are always included — no hidden charges or last-minute add-ons.

That means no $40–$100 setup fees for something as simple as a one-side engraving, one color screened imprint, or front side full-color vinyl print, which are common elsewhere. Instead, we keep our pricing clear, upfront, and easy to understand — so you can order with confidence with:

Why We Don’t Charge Setup Fees

In the promotional products industry, setup fees are standard practice. They’re often explained as the cost of preparing artwork, creating a template, or readying a machine for production. While these are real steps in the process, we don’t believe they should be passed along as an extra cost for standard decoration.

We handle those steps in-house and believe they’re just part of doing business — not something that should be passed along as an extra fee for standard customization.

When Does a Setup Fee Apply?

Setup charges only apply in these cases:

• Back-side engraving on metal products — adding a second location requires an additional charge. Many customers opt for this having saved with the included front side setup.
• Copy or imprint changes within the same order — your first front-side artwork setup is included. If additional versions of artwork are needed (for example, different names, logos, or designs on the same order), each unique setup beyond the first incurs a fee.
• Custom or specialty processes — in some cases, such as with custom formed and shaped die-cast items, a mold or special tooling may be required. When that happens, we make it a one-time fee.
