1. Pricing

Our prices are subject to change without prior notice, primarily due to fluctuations in material costs. We understand that discrepancies in pricing may occasionally arise. In such cases, we are dedicated to resolving any pricing concerns with our customers as promptly as possible.

Please note that the prices displayed on this website supersede all previous web pages, prices, and products. All prices and product details are subject to change without prior notification. It's important to clarify that the pricing shown does not include taxes, which will be calculated during the checkout process.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services, or any part thereof, without advance notice. Our commitment to addressing pricing concerns remains a top priority, and we are here to assist you with any discrepancies you may encounter

2. Production Time

Standard production times are shown on the product page, ie., customized carabiners are typically 3 business days, custom manufactured pins are typically 15 business days, and so on.

Production times begin after proof has been approved.

Ship dates of orders are determined upon receipt of approved proof, order approval, and receipt of payment.

Cutoff time for business day approval is 3PM EST. Approvals received afterwards will be counted as the following business day.

Usable and complete vector artwork (PDF, .eps file, .ai file) must be received with the order if graphics are to be supplied.

3. Pantone Colors, Product Colors, and Screen Colors

We have taken great care to represent the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, it's important to note that the display of colors on your computer monitor may not always be precise.

To ensure the utmost color accuracy, we recommend two options:

Referencing a Physical Pantone Book: When ordering items that require specific Pantone colors, such as custom enameled pins and spot color inks printed on vinyl keychains, it is best practice to consult a physical Pantone book. This guarantees a reliable reference for your selected colors.

Ordering Samples: For a firsthand look at product colors, including those of items like anodized carabiners or bottle openers, we suggest ordering samples. You can easily request samples directly from our product pages or by reaching out to us through our contact page.

These steps ensure that you have the most accurate understanding of the colors you choose for your products, helping you make informed decisions.

4. Sales Tax

In accordance with law, product shipped to an address within OH, PA, IL or CA will be charged sales tax unless the purchaser has a resale permit / tax exempt certificate number issued by the corresponding state and on file with PromotionalKeychains.biz. Sales tax is calculated by address and zip code at checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested by a customer. FedEx options available range from 1st overnight express, to ground delivery. We ship from Ohio, and we do not ship internationally, other than to Canada.

Orders above $300 are shipped with signature required. If opting for delivery without signature required, the purchaser confirms that the parcel can be left outside the premises of the address provided and the purchaser will take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

AN INCORRECT ADDRESSES PROVIDED INDUCING LATE DELIVERY

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by incorrectly provided shipping addresses.


CARRIER INDUCED LATE DELIVERIES
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by carriers after products have left our facility.

CARRIER INDUCED LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PACKAGE(S)
We are not responsible for loss of goods once products have left our facility.


NO ONE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT INDUCING LATE DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by no one being available to accept delivery.

6. Critical Event Dates

PromotionalKeychains.biz of any events or deadlines by which the ordered products are required. If receiving a Free Preview and Proof, the CSR should be notified at the time of submitting the preview request. If ordering via cart, the information should be passed in the notes section of the order.

In the event of an after-after-the-fact notification of a timeline, or a new timeline that is presented to the customer within their organization, PromotionalKeychains.biz will make our best effort to accommodate the customer's requirement provided the order has not shipped yet (additional charges may apply). 

It is generally not possible to alter a shipping method (ground to overnight for example) once a shipment is already in the hands of the shipper (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Any change or cancellation of an order already in process will be subject to product costs incurred to date (for example if a custom mold has been created to make a custom shaped product, but the casting process has yet to begin, only the mold cost will be non-refundable), as well as a $50.00 cancellation charge. A minimum cancellation charge of $50 plus all production costs accrued to the date of cancellation will be charged accordingly.

8. Warranty

All items carry a one-year limited warranty covering any defect in material and workmanship, under typical product use. To file a claim, please send a photo representing the issue and a description of the issue to us team (at) promotionalkeychains.biz. 

9. Returns

Customized products may be returned for a refund or replacement in the case of product defect, or in the case of customization not reflecting an approved proof. To begin a return, please send a photo representing the issue, a description of the issue to us, and your order number to team (at) promotionalkeychains.biz. Returned merchandise without authorization from PromotionalKeychains.biz will not be accepted. 

Non-customized (blank) merchandise authorized for return by PromotionalKeychains.biz is subject to a service charge equal to 15% of the cost of the order. All non-customized returns must be freight prepaid within 60 days of receipt. To begin a return of blank items, To begin a return, please send a photo representing the item, a description of the issue to us (if any), and your order number to team (at) promotionalkeychains.biz. Returned product will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Any shortages on an order, or damaged product within an order, must be noted within 15 days from receipt of product. Items damaged during shipping require claims to the carrier immediately.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

11. User Responsibilities

This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from engaging in any unlawful or fraudulent activities on our platform.
