This website is operated by PromotionalKeychains.biz. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PromotionalKeychains.biz. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates here. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, primarily due to fluctuations in material costs. The prices displayed on our website supersede all previous pricing. Taxes are calculated at checkout and not included in listed prices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without prior notice.
2. Production Time
Standard production times are shown on each product page (e.g., customized carabiners are typically 3 business days; custom manufactured pins are typically 15 business days). Production time begins once proof approval and payment are received. Approvals after 3 PM EST are counted as the next business day. Usable vector artwork must be provided to begin production.
3. Pantone Colors, Product Colors, and Screen Colors
We strive for accurate color representation online, but screen colors may vary. For critical color matching, we recommend referencing a physical Pantone book or ordering product samples.
4. Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to OH, PA, IL, and CA unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is on file. Tax is calculated by ship-to address and zip code.
5. Shipping
Orders ship via FedEx unless otherwise requested. Orders over $300 ship with signature required unless waived by the purchaser (waiver transfers risk of loss/damage to purchaser). We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once orders leave our facility, including those caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or missed deliveries.
6. Critical Event Dates
If you have a specific event deadline, notify us when requesting a preview/proof or in the order notes. We will make best efforts to meet deadlines when possible, but shipping upgrades after a package is in transit are generally not possible.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to in-progress orders may incur costs for work completed and a $50 cancellation fee (minimum). Custom mold or setup costs are non-refundable once incurred.
8. Warranty
All items include a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Batteries are excluded. Contact us with photos and a description to initiate a claim.
9. Returns
Customized products — Returnable only for defects or if customization does not match approved proof.
Blank products — Returnable within 60 days if authorized, subject to 15% restocking fee and prepaid freight.
All returns require prior authorization. Shortages or damages must be reported within 15 days; shipping damage claims must be made directly to the carrier.
10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability and to cancel orders if necessary.
11. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate order information, use our site lawfully, and not introduce malicious code or disrupt operations. Violation of these responsibilities may result in account termination.
12. Privacy Policy
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. In rare cases, essential order details may be shared with trusted production partners solely to complete your order.
13. Trademark Notice
Any trademarks depicted on products are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply endorsement by the trademark owner.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Franklin County, Ohio, USA.
15. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms, you may not use the site or its content:
- For unlawful purposes
- To solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To infringe upon our intellectual property rights
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- To collect personal information without consent
- For obscene or immoral purposes
- To interfere with the security features of the site
16. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from your use of our products or services, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
