We’ve been helping customers create custom keychains, coins, pins, and other branded pieces since 2004.
For over 20 years, we’ve mostly kept our heads down, focused on the work, not the marketing. We would rather let the work speak for itself.
But occasionally, something else does the noticing.
Google recently began awarding Top Quality Store recognition through Merchant Center, based on its own performance metrics: shipping speed, return policies, website performance, customer ratings, checkout experience, and overall store reliability.
It is not something you apply for. You do not write an essay, make a pitch, or ask to be considered. You either meet the standard or you do not.
We met it.
According to Google’s scorecard, PromotionalKeychains.biz currently shows an average delivery time of 4.1 days, a store rating of 4.9 out of 5, strong website performance on both desktop and mobile, and support for familiar checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet.
None of this is especially new to us. It is just how we have always tried to operate: ship quickly, make the ordering process straightforward, keep the website fast, and treat customers fairly.
We did not build the business around earning badges. But there is something quietly satisfying about an algorithm — measuring millions of stores by the same standards — arriving at the conclusion that the way we have been doing things for twenty-two years is, in fact, a pretty good way to do things.
So: thank you, Google.
And thank you to the customers who have trusted us with their projects over the past two decades. The 4.9 rating is yours, not ours.
We’ll get back to work now.
