Will I still see a proof before production?
Yes. Every order — whether placed through the design tool or with our team — is proofed for accuracy. Nothing goes into engraving until you’ve approved the layout.
Do I have to use the design tool to order?
Not at all. Many larger orders are handled through our Free Preview & Quote process, where our design team prepares a layout and works with you directly. This is a common way customers finalize their orders, especially when there are details to review, coworkers to consult, or purchase orders to submit.
What file types can I upload?
SVG, PNG, and JPG files are supported. Vector graphics (SVG/AI/EPS) produce the cleanest, sharpest engraving results. If you’re unsure, just send us what you have — our team can usually work with it.
Can I reorder with changes?
Yes. We save your past uploads and proofs so you can quickly update or repeat an order anytime.
What if I’d rather have a designer handle it?
No problem. Use our Free Preview & Proof request form accessible from all product pages, and our design team will create a layout for you to review. You’ll have a dedicated contact to answer questions and make adjustments until it’s ready to approve.
