We cast our buckles in premium zinc alloy, the same durable metal used in high-end hardware and quality fixtures; think Kohler Faucets. Zinc alloy is chosen for its strength, smooth finish, and ability to capture fine detail, making it ideal for both 2D and 3D designs.

Plating options include polished or antiqued brass, nickel, copper, genuine silver, and genuine gold.

Choose from polished or antiqued finishes, and platings including brass, genuine gold, nickel, brass, genuine silver, and copper, as well as two-tone plating (for example, nickel with select areas plated in gold) or a matte/polished contrast for an exquisitely fine and dramatic look.

Pantone®-matched enamel fills can also be added to either polished or antiqued 2D opemers.

Yes. Both 2D raised/recessed designs and 3D reliefs are available. The antiqued finish highlights raised and recessed areas particularly well, creating depth and contrast.

We offer three opener styles:

• Lever-Style: A traditional bar-lever edge for easy prying.
• Claw-Style: A hooked design that grips under the cap for easy lifting.
• Ring-Style: The classic rounded opening, perfect for a clean, pull-and-lift motion.

We can make your bulk custom made openers with a tab and ring, a chain and ring, or no keychain at all, depending on how you plan to use it and the size opener you desire.

Lever-style openers are typically smaller and more commonly used as keychains, while larger claw or ring styles are often made without. However, any style can be made as a keychain. We’ will advise on sizing to ensure it’s practical, effective, and comfortable to carry if being made with a key ring attachment.

Each opener comes individually bagged by default for protection, but we also offer custom presentation options for awards, commemorative events, or retail display.

Yes. Bulk prices include full customization of the buckle's shape and details. Additional options, if applicable, such as backside designs, extra enamel colors, or special platings, may have an added cost, which we’ll outline clearly for your review.

A one-time mold charge is required for our custom made openers, and is quoted separately from the per-unit price. This covers creating the mold for your design. Once the mold is made, reorders using the same design have no mold fee, and you’ll only pay the per-unit cost.

Yes. these openers can be customized on both sides, including additional branding, text, or serialization.

Yes. Our openers can be designed with enamel when color is desired, which can be precisely Pantone color matched for logos and brand-specific colors.

Yes, sequential numbering can be laser-engraved in designated areas designed for this purpose.

Yes. You can mix platings—such as nickel, gold, or brass—within the same order. There is a small $60 plating change fee, and each plating change must meet at least the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for that order. For example, if the MOQ is 50 pieces, you could order 50 in one plating and then add 20, 50, or more in a different plating.

Our custom openers are almost always designed using logos, artwork, or some visual element. While we can create an opener using only text, it’s uncommon, and we’ll still refine the layout for the best look in metal. If you don’t have artwork ready, don’t worry—our design team specializes in creating opener designs from scratch based on your idea or direction.

No, bulk orders need to meet the listed minimums. However, samples are available for purchase if you’d like to review the product quality first.

Yes. You can purchase existing samples on product pages to review quality, color, and weight before placing your bulk order. We have many samples from past orders on hand and will try to match them as closely as possible to your artwork or style.

If you’d like to see your own design on an actual product, we can create a spec sample for a small fee plus the standard mold charge. When you place your full order, the mold is applied to production, so you won’t pay for it again as long as the design remains the same.

Production time is 15 business days after you approve your proof. The exact production time for each item is noted on its product page.

Shipping time is additional. We ship from Ohio via FedEx, and you can choose the service that best fits your schedule—from Ground to faster options like 2 Day and Priority Overnight.

Yes. We can split your order and ship to multiple locations. A $20 split shipping fee applies per additional destination to cover handling and processing. You can provide shipping addresses and instructions during the proofing or approval process.
