Purchasing for a Tax-Exempt Organization?

We’re required to collect sales tax in certain states, but if you're part of a tax-exempt organization, we’re happy to remove it. You can check the “I am tax-exempt” box in the cart before checkout, or send us your exemption certificate and we’ll take care of it for you. Just follow the steps below.
How to Submit a Certificate
To place a tax-exempt order:
- Email your valid certificate to team@promotionalkeychains.biz
- Include your purchase order or cart order number
- Make sure the name on the exemption certificate matches your order
- We’ll store your certificate on file for future tax-free purchases
We recommend submitting your exemption before placing an order. If you’ve already checked out and were charged tax, just send your certificate with your order number — we’ll refund the tax if the exemption applies.
Who Qualifies?
If you’re part of a tax-exempt organization, you’re eligible — but we do require a state-issued tax exemption certificate to remove sales tax from your order. Commonly accepted groups include:
- Public schools and universities
- U.S. government agencies
- State or local agencies
- Nonprofits with a valid certificate
- Hospitals or institutions
