Production & Shipping Details

  • We take shipping seriously — and we aim to be fast, reliable, and transparent about how your order gets to you.

    Processing & Production Times

    Most engraved in-stock items are ready to ship in 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. (Customers sometimes ask if that means 3–5 days to receive the order; to clarify, this is when it leaves our facility.)

    Fully custom-made items (such as our cast or die-struck metal products) typically require 15 to 20 business days, depending on the product.

    Our USA-made vinyl keychains take approximately 7 business days for production.

    Please refer to individual product pages for exact production times — and if you’re working on a deadline, please let us know early.

    Shipping Methods

    We use FedEx Ground and Express to deliver bulk-packed orders efficiently and reliably.

    • Signature Required: Orders over $300 are usually shipped with a required signature for security.
    • Tracking: You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
    • Split Shipments: We can ship to multiple locations for a split-ship fee — helpful for national rollouts, coordinated events, or distributed campaigns. Just contact us to arrange the details.

    Rush Orders & Expedited Shipping

    We’re often asked if we can rush an order — and the answer is sometimes, but it depends:

    • For engraved products, we're already working on a fast timeline. Most ship in under a week, and in many cases, expedited shipping alone can meet your deadline.
    • For fully custom items, rushing is more complex. These products involve multiple production stages (including mold creation, plating, and hand-finishing) — some of which simply can’t be rushed.
    • That said, if your timeline is tight, we’re always happy to review options. If a rush is possible, a rush fee usually applies, and we’ll help you evaluate both production and shipping options.

    We’ll never overpromise, especially when your event or deadline is critical. But we’re honest, responsive, and creative when it comes to helping you meet your rush timeframes.

    Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

    If you're on a deadline, here’s what helps us help you:

    • Use the Notes section at checkout to mention your required delivery date
    • Or email/call us right away so we can prioritize and advise accordingly
    • Our cart includes a shipping estimator, but it’s best to ask if your timing is critical

    Even gaining a day or two is sometimes possible — and if it’s not, we’ll tell you up front.

    Shipping to Canada & APO Addresses

    Yes, we ship to both.

    Canada: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship via FedEx International.

    APO/FPO: Please ensure your address is formatted correctly for military delivery. We’re experienced with these shipments and happy to help.

    Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

    We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
      Refused deliveries or missed signature attempts
    • Carrier delays once the package is in transit

    That said, we’re always here to help you resolve issues with FedEx when possible.
