Full Color Vinyl Keychains

The vinyl base is white, like premium paper for an inkjet printer—this allows for crisp, vibrant full-color printing.

One unique advantage of full-color vinyl is that you can print full bleeds—solid color or photo designs that extend all the way to the edge. You can also knock out text to the white base for a bold, modern look.

Note: The edge itself will always remain white, and the back side can’t be registered quite as precisely as the front, so we’ll guide you if you’re considering a border.

Our full-color vinyl is cut with a small, fast jigsaw-like system, ideal for custom shapes but with slightly softer angles.

You’ll receive a proof before production. If desired, we can also send a photo of the die-cut shape for approval before full production.

Yes. You can print full bleeds on both sides, even using different colors—like green on one side and orange on the other. Just keep in mind that the back side isn’t registered as tightly as the front, so borders or fine edge details may shift slightly.

Yes. Full-color vinyl keychains are ideal for photo-based designs and gradients.. For best results, provide high-resolution images at 300 PPI at the size of the keychain.

The full-color printing is durable and holds up well with normal use. However, unlike our classic vinyl keychains (which are waterproof and virtually scratch-proof for life), we don’t recommend exposing full-color vinyls to prolonged water or heavy abrasion, such as swimming.

Yes. Prices include a full color imprint on the front of the keychain. Printing on the back is available for a back side setup and a small added charge per unit.

Yes. Setup is free for standard one-color printing. A small setup fee applies only if printing on the back.

For reorders, there’s no setup fee at all—as long as the artwork stays the same, whether it’s on one side or both.

Yes. You can print completely different designs on each side, including full bleeds, solid bold colors, or photos. Many customers take advantage of this to create striking combinations, such as bright colors on one side with knock-out text or a logo on the other.

Yes, but personalization is limited to sequential numbering. This is done digitally during the printing process.

You can upload your artwork during checkout, or create it directly in our design tool for the shapes that can be designed online—your design will be automatically attached to your order.

High-resolution jpeg art (300 PPI at the keychain size) works best for photographic type imagery and vector art (AI, EPS, or PDF) is fine for for logo printing.

Plain text works, although it’s less common with full-color vinyls. That said, bold, well-designed text layouts with solid color backgrounds on each side can make for a very modern, high-impact look. We can help you choose fonts and colors if you’d like design guidance.
