We create fully custom-made keychains in a wide range of materials, platings and finishes, including die-cast zinc alloy or pewter (2D or 3D), die-struck brass, soft and full-color vinyl, soft-touch PVC, and floating closed-cell foam.

Yes. Most custom keychains in this category are designed with soft or hard enamel when color is desired, which can be precisely Pantone color matched for logos and brand-specific colors. PVC is also color matched, molded in vibrant custom shades, and even custom shaped vinyl can be Pantone matched to your brand colors.

By default, our custom keychains are individually packed in clear OPP bags to protect them during shipping. For events, recognition, retail, or gifting, we offer upgraded packaging options to make your keychains stand out:

• Fitted Gift Boxes – elegant and form-fitted; lids can be imprinted in black, metallic silver, or gold.
• Soft Velveteen Pouches – perfect for formal presentations or awards.

Yes. We offer custom full-color printed backer cards, edge-to-edge in vibrant CMYK. They’re ideal for retail packaging, branded giveaways, or adding extra messaging to your keychains. Backer cards can be designed to match your branding and are a popular choice for events and retail displays.

Yes. Our standard ring is a 30mm stainless steel split ring for strength and good rebound, but we also offer smaller or larger sizes, flat-style rings, lobster clips, and 4-link chains.

The tab or loop can also be customized to suit your design. While the standard tab works well for most keychains, we can create a different tab shape, an integrated loop, or even a hole directly through the keychain if it better complements your design. These details are refined during the design and proofing process—sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference.

Absolutely! Whether you have finished artwork, a rough sketch, or just an idea, our design team will work with you to turn it into a professional, production-ready layout. We can adjust existing designs, incorporate your branding, or create a new design from scratch. You’ll receive a detailed proof for approval, and we’ll guide you through any refinements needed to ensure your keychains look exactly as you envisioned.

Yes. Bulk prices include full customization of the keychain’s shape and details. Additional options, if applicable, such as double-sided designs, extra enamel colors, or special platings, may have an added cost, which we’ll outline clearly for your review.

A one-time mold or die fee is required for most custom keychains and is quoted separately from the per-unit price. This covers creating the custom mold or die for your design. Once the mold is made, reorders using the same design have no mold fee, and you’ll only pay the per-unit cost.

Yes. Most custom keychains can be fully customized on both sides, whether that means adding a second design, additional branding, or different platings and finishes.

An additional cost may apply for the second side, and it will be clearly shown in your quote and in your cart when ordering online.

Only sequential numbering can be added, and it’s done via laser engraving. For metal keychains, we often design a small pill-shaped or rectangular area into the piece specifically for numbering, planned as part of the design process.

Yes. You can mix platings—such as nickel, gold, or brass—within the same order. There is a small $60 plating change fee, and each plating change must meet at least the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for that keychain style. For example, if the MOQ is 250 pieces, you could order 250 in one plating and then add 50, 500, or more in a different plating.

Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are preferred for the sharpest results, especially for die-struck, die-cast, or engraved areas. For full-color printed areas, a high-resolution JPEG or PNG works well.

Yes. Minimum order quantities vary depending on the style and production method, but most custom keychains start at 150 pieces. The exact MOQ is listed on each product page in the pricing table and can be filtered by category page's filter menu.

No, orders need to meet the listed minimums. However, samples are available for purchase if you’d like to review the product quality first.

Yes. You can purchase existing samples on product pages to review quality, color, and weight before placing your bulk order. We have many samples from past orders on hand and will try to match them as closely as possible to your artwork or style.

If you’d like to see your own design on an actual product, we can create a spec sample for a small fee plus the standard mold charge. When you place your full order, the mold is applied to production, so you won’t pay for it again as long as the design remains the same.

Production times vary by style, but are typically 15 to 20 business days after you approve your proof. The exact production time for each item is noted on its product page.

Shipping time is additional. We ship from Ohio via FedEx, and you can choose the service that best fits your schedule—from Ground to faster options like 2 Day and Priority Overnight.

We ship from the Columbus, Ohio area via FedEx (our facility is just a few blocks from a major FedEx hub). Being centrally located in the U.S. means fast, reliable delivery nationwide.

Yes. We can split your order and ship to multiple locations. A $20 split shipping fee applies per additional destination to cover handling and processing. You can provide shipping addresses and instructions during the proofing or approval process.
