• Don’t see your previous artwork yet? No problem — we can pull them up for you.

How to Place a Reorder

If your order isn’t showing in your account, you can reorder in any of the following ways:

• Use the reorder form below — share your order number, company name, or any details that help us find your job.
• Reply to a past email — confirmation, proof, or invoice.
• Contact us directly — email team@promotionalkeychains.biz or call us.
• Use the design tool — Or, you can simply recreate your design with our design tool, check out, and your order will be saved in the system for future reordering — just like before

Once we confirm, we’ll send you an updated proof (even if nothing changed) and a secure invoice link. After you place it, your reorder will appear in your account for future self-service — just like before.
