How to Place a Reorder

If your order isn’t showing in your account, you can reorder in any of the following ways:

• Use the reorder form below — share your order number, company name, or any details that help us find your job.
• Reply to a past email — confirmation, proof, or invoice.
• Contact us directly — email team@promotionalkeychains.biz or call us.
• Use the design tool — Or, you can simply recreate your design with our design tool, check out, and your order will be saved in the system for future reordering — just like before.

Once we locate your previous order, we’ll confirm current pricing and availability and send you a fresh proof for approval—even if the artwork has not changed. Once approved, we’ll send you a secure payment link.
