Custom Belt Buckles

Our buckles can be up to 2" x 3" or 3" x 4", in either classic oval or rectangular shapes — or fully custom shaped to match your artwork. In fact, we almost always make slight adjustments to fine tune even the standard shapes during the design process to ensure your logo or artwork fits and looks its best.

We cast our buckles in premium zinc alloy, the same durable metal used in high-end hardware and quality fixtures. Zinc alloy is chosen for its strength, smooth finish, and ability to capture fine detail, making it ideal for both 2D and 3D designs.

Plating options include polished or antiqued brass, nickel, copper, genuine silver, and genuine gold.

Choose from polished or antiqued finishes and platings including brass, genuine gold, nickel, genuine silver, and copper, as well as two-tone plating (for example, nickel with select areas plated in gold) or a matte/polished contrast for an exquisitely fine and dramatic look.

Pantone®-matched enamel fills can also be added to either polished or antiqued 2D buckles.

Yes. Both 2D raised/recessed designs and 3D reliefs are available. The antiqued finish highlights raised and recessed areas particularly well, creating depth and contrast.

They can be made either flat or slightly curved. Most customers choose curved buckles because they fit more naturally against the body and have a more refined, finished look.

Borders include rope, beveled, or totally custom decorative edges, or choose a classic solid border for a clean and classic look.

Our standard loop is a 40mm (1.55") belt loop, sized for most standard belts. Custom loop sizes can be specified if required.

Each buckle comes individually bagged by default, but custom presentation boxes are available for awards, commemorative events, or retail display.

Yes. Bulk prices include full customization of the buckle's shape and details. Additional options, if applicable, such as backside designs, extra enamel colors, or special platings, may have an added cost, which we’ll outline clearly for your review.

A one-time mold charge is required for our custom belt buckles, and is quoted separately from the per-unit price. This covers creating the mold for your design. Once the mold is made, reorders using the same design have no mold fee, and you’ll only pay the per-unit cost.

Yes. Buckles can be customized on both sides, including additional branding, text, or serialization.

Yes. Our belt buckles can be designed with enamel when color is desired, which can be precisely Pantone color matched for logos and brand-specific colors.

Yes, sequential numbering can be laser-engraved in designated raised areas designed for this purpose.

Yes. You can mix platings—such as nickel, gold, or brass—within the same order. There is a small $60 plating change fee, and each plating change must meet at least the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for that order. For example, if the MOQ is 50 pieces, you could order 50 in one plating and then add 20, 50, or more in a different plating.

No, bulk orders need to meet the listed minimums. However, samples are available for purchase if you’d like to review the product quality first.

Yes. You can purchase existing samples on product pages to review quality, color, and weight before placing your bulk order. We have many samples from past orders on hand and will try to match them as closely as possible to your artwork or style.

If you’d like to see your own design on an actual product, we can create a spec sample for a small fee plus the standard mold charge. When you place your full order, the mold is applied to production, so you won’t pay for it again as long as the design remains the same.

Production time is 20 business days after you approve your proof. The exact production time for each item is noted on its product page.

Shipping time is additional. We ship from Ohio via FedEx, and you can choose the service that best fits your schedule—from Ground to faster options like 2 Day and Priority Overnight.

From 3D mold creation and precision die-casting to polishing, plating, and (if chosen) enamel filling or matte effects, every stage is carefully controlled. This craftsmanship takes time, but it’s what gives our buckles their crisp detail, smooth fit, and retail-quality finish.

We ship from the Columbus, Ohio area via FedEx (our facility is just a few blocks from a major FedEx hub). Being centrally located in the U.S. means fast, reliable delivery nationwide.

You can choose the shipping method at checkout—options range from Ground to faster services like 2‑Day or Overnight. Transit time depends on the service you select and your location.

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.

Yes. We can split your order and ship to multiple locations. A $20 split shipping fee applies per additional destination to cover handling and processing. You can provide shipping addresses and instructions during the proofing or approval process.
