Our custom coasters are crafted in a range of premium materials to fit any style or budget, including die-cast zinc alloy, solid pewter, classic leather, leather with die-cast emblems, and durable PVC.

Plating options for metal styles include brass, copper, nickel, black nickel, and genuine gold. Pantone®-matched enamel fills are available for bold, vibrant branding.

Our coasters are available in 3.5" and 4" diameters and can be made round, square, or in fully custom shapes, so long as your design fits within those dimensions.

Metal and leather coasters are approximately 4 mm thick, giving them a premium weight. PVC coasters are 0.15" thick for a solid, durable, and waterproof surface.

Most metal and leather styles feature felt backing to protect tabletops. Solid pewter coasters include rubber feet for added stability.

Yes! We can match Pantone® colors using enamel fills, which are great for logos or bold color accents. Platings themselves are actual metal and can’t be color-matched in the same way.

PVC coasters come individually bagged. Metal, leather, and pewter coasters can be upgraded to velveteen drawstring bags or elegant gift boxes, perfect for corporate gifts and event giveaways.

Yes, sequential numbering can be laser-engraved in designated areas designed for this purpose.we often design a small pill-shaped or rectangular area into the piece specifically for numbering, planned as part of the design process.

Shipping time is additional. We ship from Ohio via FedEx, and you can choose the service that best fits your schedule—from Ground to faster options like 2 Day and Priority Overnight.

We ship from the Columbus, Ohio area via FedEx (our facility is just a few blocks from a major FedEx hub). Being centrally located in the U.S. means fast, reliable delivery nationwide.
