When we launched PromotionalKeychains.biz back in 2004, our goal was simple: take great care of our customers. That meant delivering quality products, quick turnaround times, competitive pricing, and always picking up the phone with a smile. In those early days, we'd follow up with a short email, and more often than not, a customer would reply with a kind word. That was our first version of "reviews."
Two decades later, we’ve now received over 2,500 public reviews across platforms like Shopper Approved, Google Business, and Google Product Reviews, and carry an A+ rating at the BBB. Many reviews come from customers we’ve worked with year after year—on projects that have become traditions. That means a lot to me, as none came from trying to scale fast. It came from doing things the right way, day by day.
I still read reviews, take calls, and remain in close collaboration with our customer service team. Our customer feedback reminds me that how we operate—patiently, personally, and with care—matters. It's what built this business, and it’s what keeps it strong.
