Ordering with a Purchase Order

If your organization prefers to order by PO, this page walks you through what we need to get started. We regularly work with schools, government agencies, hospitals, and other qualified institutions.

What is an approved Purchase Order?

We’re happy to accept approved purchase orders from schools, government agencies, hospitals, and other qualified institutions. To be considered valid, your PO should include:

• Item names and quantities
• Pricing (based on a formal quote or your cart)
• A contact name and email
• A shipping and billing address
• A valid PO number

If your order is tax-exempt, the name on your exemption certificate must match the name on the PO.

Where do I send my Purchase Order?

We’ll confirm receipt, send a proof for your approval, and invoice accordingly. Most POs are auto-approved.
