3D Custom Shaped Lapel Pins

Our 3D custom lapel pins provide multiple levels of relief with curved, beveled, and radiused details that bring designs to life. The die cast process allows for depth and sculptural precision that standard die struck pins cannot achieve, making them ideal for animals, architecture, miniature products, or complex logos.

These pins are most often finished in antiqued platings to highlight contours, though black nickel is also available for a darker look. Enamel colors can be added as accents on flat areas, but most designs rely on the 3D sculpting itself for visual impact.

The die is free of charge for pins up to 1" in size. Standard attachment is a military/butterfly clutch, with rubber, deluxe, or magnetic clutches also available. Each pin is individually bagged, with optional packaging upgrades such as snap-shut jewelry boxes (red, blue, or black) and full color backer cards.

Sizes from 0.5" to 1.5" are standard, with larger sizes available on request. Every order includes design assistance and a free digital proof prior to production.
