Shipping policy

We take shipping seriously — and we aim to be fast, reliable, and transparent about how your order gets to you.

Processing & Production Times

Most engraved in-stock items are ready to ship in 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. (This means when it leaves our facility, not when it’s delivered.)

Fully custom-made items (such as our cast or die-struck metal products) typically require 15 to 20 business days, depending on the product.

Our USA-made vinyl keychains take approximately 7 business days for production.

Please refer to individual product pages for exact production times. If you’re working on a deadline, let us know early.

Shipping Methods

We use FedEx Ground and Express for bulk-packed orders.

  • Signature Required: Orders over $300 usually ship with a required signature for security.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Split Shipments: We can ship to multiple locations for a split-ship fee. Contact us for details.

Rush Orders & Expedited Shipping

For engraved products, we already work on a fast timeline. Most ship in under a week, and expedited shipping often meets deadlines.

For fully custom items, rushing is more complex and may require a rush fee. If rushing is possible, we’ll review options and give honest timelines.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

  • Use the Notes section at checkout to mention your required delivery date.
  • Or email/call us right away so we can prioritize accordingly.
  • Our cart includes a shipping estimator, but ask us if timing is critical.

Shipping to Canada & APO Addresses

  • Canada: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship via FedEx International.
  • APO/FPO: Ensure your address is formatted correctly for military delivery.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

We’re not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Refused deliveries or missed signature attempts
  • Carrier delays once the package is in transit

We’re always here to help resolve issues with FedEx when possible.
