Custom Lapel Pins with Hard Enamel Color Fills

Our hard enamel custom lapel pins offer a premium look, often compared to cloisonné. Colors are filled flush with the surrounding metal, creating a smooth surface and a clean, high-end finish. Each pin is crafted from solid brass and plated in gold, silver, copper, or brass. With the Pantone Matching System, over 1,000 colors are available to reflect your brand identity accurately and vibrantly.

The die is free of charge for pins up to 1" in size. Up to 4 hard enamel colors are included free of charge, with additional colors available at just $0.05 each. Standard attachment is a military/butterfly clutch, with rubber, deluxe, or magnetic clutches also available. Each pin is individually bagged, with optional packaging upgrades such as snap-shut jewelry boxes (red, blue, or black) and custom backer cards. Back-casting is also available for designs requiring reverse information.

Sizes from 0.5" to 1.5" are standard, with larger sizes available on request. Every order includes design assistance and a free digital proof prior to production.
