Returns & Exchanges

  • We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident ordering with us. While order issues are rare, here’s how we handle them.

    1. Unconditional Returns

    You’re welcome to return any unused, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Because most of our products are custom-made, we encourage you to review proofs carefully before approval, but we’ll still accept the return if you simply decide not to keep it. Custom items can’t be resold, so we appreciate your understanding and feedback if you ever need to send something back.

    Return Authorization & Purchase Orders
    All returns require prior authorization. To start a return, please contact our team for instructions and an authorization number before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

    Orders placed by purchase order (PO) or other invoiced terms are processed under our standard B2B terms and are not subject to automatic refunds. For these orders, any return or credit must be reviewed and approved in writing by our team. This protects both parties from misuse and ensures returns are handled correctly.

    2. Proof Approval

    Your approved proof is our production guide — we reproduce exactly what you sign off on. Please review spelling, layout, design elements, and details carefully. Your approval gives us the green light to move forward with confidence that everything matches your expectations.

    3. If There's a Problem

    If something isn’t right with your order and it was due to an error on our part — such as incorrect engraving, plating, or item type — please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation promptly and arrange a remake, refund, or another suitable solution.

    4. When Returns Are Accepted

    We gladly accept returns for both change-of-mind and production issues. Items must be returned in their original packaging unless we instruct otherwise. Refunds are issued once returned goods are received and inspected.

    Refund Timing
    Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that your bank or card processor may take a few additional days to post the credit to your account.

    We’re real people and genuinely care. If you’re unsure about something, reach out. We’d much rather address questions up front than see you disappointed later.
