1. Proof Approval
Your approved proof is our production guide — we reproduce exactly what you sign off on. Please take a moment to review spelling, layout, design elements, and any specific details carefully. If you have questions or want to adjust something, this is the best time to let us know. We’ll flag any technical issues we see, but your approval gives us the green light to move forward with confidence that everything matches your expectations.
2. If There's a Problem
If something isn’t right with your order and it was due to an error on our part — such as incorrect engraving, plating, not producing according to your approved proof, or item type — please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation promptly and take appropriate action, whether that means a remake, partial refund, or another solution depending on the issue.
3. When Returns Are Accepted
Returns are only accepted when a production error or mistake has occurred on our end. If the proof was correct and followed, and the final product matches what was approved, returns typically aren’t possible — but we’re always open to reviewing concerns. All items must be returned in original packaging unless we instruct otherwise.
