How are they shaped? Our vinyl keychains are die-cut to shape using custom dies matching your design, while our EVA material floating keychains use color coordinated die-cut and stacked EVA layers matching your design. PVC Keychains are actually molded to the shape of your design via fine CNC molds for high precision. Relatively inexpensive, they are fantastic for trade shows, giveaways etc. And, production time is just 12 business days for full production of a totally custom shaped vinyl keychain order, and 15 business days for our PVC products.
