Custom Challenge Coins Polished & Sandblast

Our custom challenge coins in polished platings are die struck in premium heavy brass and designed to your exact specifications. These coins reflect the quality, materials, and attention to detail expected for both military and corporate use, as well as recognition and nonprofit programs.

Unlike antiqued coins, which highlight detail via light and dark contrast, polished coins present a bright, reflective finish with raised areas and matte finish for recessed areas. This clean, minted appearance is especially well-suited for designs with bold logos or smooth fields. Optional soft or hard enamel color fills can be added to recessed areas, giving flexibility to match your branding or create striking accents.

Plating options include polished gold, nickel, silver, copper, brass, and two-tone finishes. Optional edge treatments, such as reeded, rope, or crosscut, can accentuate designs, while the standard clean edge always looks classic. Coins are produced in sizes from 1.25" to 2.5".

Each coin is individually packaged in a PVC envelope, with optional upgrades such as round acrylic cases, two-tone acrylic boxes, velveteen drawstring bags, or embassy-style presentation boxes (blue, red, or black).
